Our walking holidays in Poland
Culture and History
Poland is a remarkable country with a rich cultural heritage and a fascinating history. In beautiful Krakow, you can stroll through medieval streets, visit the old royal castle of Wawel, or simply soak up the atmosphere in the lively town squares — and don’t forget to taste the delicious local cuisine. Across the country, you’ll encounter monasteries, castles, and charming small towns where traditions are still alive — and of course, you can also experience majestic mountains with breathtaking views.
The Tatra Mountains
In the south, you’ll find the Tatra Mountains – Poland’s highest and most spectacular mountain range. Here, you can enjoy magnificent views of steep peaks, lush valleys, and deep forests. You’ll pass through cozy villages with traditional wooden houses, and the trails here are among the most beautiful in Central Europe.
Masuria – The Land of a Thousand Lakes
In the northeast, you’ll find Masuria – a green and tranquil region filled with thousands of lakes, forests, and small villages. It’s the perfect area for a peaceful walking holiday, where you’ll wander through nature parks, along lake shores, and through charming towns. Along the way, you can also take a canoe trip on the Krutynia River or explore the lake district by boat.
