Voucher/Travel voucher and hoteliers

When you book a trip, you will receive a booking confirmation by email with a link to your ‘my trip’ page. When the trip is confirmed, you will also receive an email about this and 3-4 weeks before departure you will receive a voucher/travel voucher and hotel list. You will be notified as things get ready for you.

Flight tickets

If you have purchased your flight through Bering Travel, you will also need a flight ticket. When the flight ticket is ready, it will also be available on your ‘my trip’ page. In the case of charter flights, the flight ticket may not be ready until 2-3 weeks before departure. When it is ready, you will be notified.

Practical information

In connection with your trip, there may be small details that it is good to know before travelling. This will be described in the tour's practical information. You can find this information on your ‘My journey’ page.

Short and thorough route descriptions

For the vast majority of our self-guided tours, you will receive this material when you arrive at the first hotel. Upon arrival, you'll receive a welcome pack which, in addition to maps and directions, also contains other items such as restaurant recommendations and other relevant information.

GPX files

On most of our journeys, you'll be given gpx files of the routes that you can use in your own GPS. This makes it impossible to get lost. If you want the files, write to us and ask for them.

In addition to the above documents, there may be some journeys that require other documentation. In that case, this will also be available on your ‘my trip’ page.
