Bike and boat tour from Stralsund to Berlin aboard MS Princess, combining cycling and cruising through northeastern Germany. Cycle approximately 208 km over 5 days on mostly flat, traffic-free paths through Rügen island, Usedom, the Lower Oder Valley International Park, and the Ruppin Lake District. Category 1 difficulty with easy terrain, occasional cobblestones, and some hilly sections. Highlights include Stralsund's historic Hanseatic center, Binz seaside resort, Szczecin's Pomeranian Dukes' Castle, and Oranienburg's Baroque palace before reaching Berlin.
From the former Hanseatic city of Stralsund, you sail along the unique Bodden coastline to Germany’s largest islands, Rügen and Usedom. Via the Szczecin Lagoon, the journey continues to the Polish city of Szczecin, with its impressive castle. From here, you travel through the peaceful and unique Oder landscape to Schwedt and onwards to Eberswalde and Oranienburg along the Oder-Havel Canal, passing through vast woodland areas until you reach your destination – the metropolis of Berlin.

Experience the characteristic architecture of northern German seaside resorts, Baroque palaces, Brick Gothic architecture, and the diverse flora and fauna of these unique river landscapes.

Highlights of the Journey
The tour is rated Category 1. You will cycle mainly on traffic-free paths, country roads with little traffic, and paved cycle paths. There will also be sections on dusty farm tracks and gravel roads, as well as a few stretches of cobblestones.
There will also be some shorter sections along main roads.
These are cycling routes designed to be enjoyed at a leisurely pace, allowing you to take in the surroundings. The routes are mostly flat, with some hilly sections. However, there are a few steep climbs and descents along the way.
It is always possible to skip a cycling stage and stay on board the boat instead.
