Once upon a troubled time in my life, Yoga came to rescue and brought soothing healing to my broken heart and clarity to my mind.
Every day I feel grateful for having the yoga practice as a powerful tool for self-discovery, for connecting with my inate power and ascend towards infinite happiness.
Sharing the amazing teachings of Yoga is my passion.
I have a 500 hours Yoga Teacher Training Certification with Padma Yoga and Paramanand Institute of Yoga Sciences in India and I am also a Massage Therapist.
I started my Yoga practice in 1998 while living in Munich, Germany and stayed in this path of self transformation since then.
My approach to Yoga goes beyond the physical practice of asana- Yoga as a way of living is a tool that helps us to connect with our true nature of happiness and contentment.
I teach mainly Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga Flow, Yin Yoga.
The lessons are suited to the ones in the group and include breath awareness(Pranayama), postures(Asana) for developing body awareness, strength, flexibility and balance meditation(Dhyana) and relaxation(Savasana).
In a Yoga session I will guide you into physical and mental alignment, movement and stillness… and each practice is a transformational one!
Yin Yoga sessions are also available
