Lea Falch
Travel Consultant
All my working life I have been involved in tourism, both professionally and privately. When I have not been working in tourism, I have been out exploring the world, and several times I have even combined work and travel.
I have waited tables in hotels in Norway. Worked as a ski instructor in Norway, France and Canada.
Guided tours on horseback in Australia. Diving in Egypt. River rafting in New Zealand. Hiked national parks in the United States. I have experienced an evening swim under a waterfall in Nepal on the trek to Annapurna Base Camp. Surfing in Hawaii. I have backpacked the wilderness of Alaska. Sailed a RIB boat around the North Cape. Studied at university in England, and then I have travelled to a lot of countries in between.
Since 2013 I've been working with a particular focus on walking and cycling holidays in Europe - a form of travel I have a great fondness of.
For me, good experiences are one of the most important things we can give to ourselves and each other, and that of course includes good travel experiences.
In the pictures I am hiking on the coast of Madeira. Taking a well-deserved coffee break on the walk around Mont Blanc. Cycling along the vineyards of Piedmont and enjoying a traditional creme cake on a hiking break in Slovenia.
