Helene is an internationally certified yoga teacher with more than 800 hours of teaching behind her and has been practicing yoga herself since 2006. Helene teaches regularly in different places in Copenhagen and she also holds workshops with different themes. Helene teaches at Copenhagen Yoga, the Danish Cancer Society, FOF and in private.
