COVID-19 makes it hard to know what to expect these days and to help ease your worries we have introduced a Peace of Mind Package which will hopefully ease your mind. This package covers all our tours and that means that booking a holiday with us is risk-free.

The Bering Peace of Mind Package

1. Guaranteed money back: You are guaranteed to get a refund for your booked holiday if the foreign ministry in your country has banned travel to the destination – this is also valid if your government has banned travel to the destination at your time of booking.
2. Free change of tour participants: You can freely change which people are going on your booked tour - this does not include flights.
3. The above conditions are valid for all our tours and does not cost anything.

So, what does this mean exactly?

Guaranteed money back
This means that if the foreign ministry in your country ban travel to your destination between 0 and 14 days before departure, then you have three options:

• You can move your tour to another time at no charge
• You can change your holiday to another destination
• You can cancel your booking and receive a full refund
• These terms are valid regardless of if your foreign ministry have banned travel to the destination at the time of your booking

Notice: If you change the dates or change your booking to another destination, the difference in price will be added to your booking or refunded.

Free change of tour participants
If you want to change who goes on your booked tour, you simply need to let us know a few days in advance and we will change that. It is free. Here it also important to note that these terms do not apply to flights where the airlines typically have different rules about changing names on the booking.
