It is the pure style of yin yoga, which will give harmony between body and mind. Yin yoga can, when done every day, as in a retreat, transform your body, mind, and life. After the retreat, it will be easier and faster to find this harmony and inner strength in everyday life when you do not always have time for 1½ hours on the mat.

The Lodge is a fantastic place located 40 minutes from Lisbon. The small resort offers simple and stylish rooms, spa, swimmingpool, sauna, jacuzzi, and a great lounge. There are 18 rooms of which most are double rooms with twin beds or double beds. Single rooms are also available.

You arrive to The Lodge and check in to your room. The first yoga-session starts at 16:00 and if you are there in time, you should be dressed and ready for yin yoga. If you havent arrived yet then it not a problem. You will simply miss the first session.

The Yin Yoga Retreat is over. You return home with a smile on your face and we hope that you will join us again next time :)

If you prefer to be picked up in the airport and driven to The Lodge, then we can arrange a private transfer for you. The price of the transfer is 60 euro pr. car (1-4 people) pr. way.
Flights are not included in the price of this holiday. If you want advice on where to find a cheap flight, then you are free to contact us at any time.
The first yoga session starts at 16:00. If you are not able to attend the first lesson due to your flight arriving too late, then that is not a problem. You will simply attend the next one.
