- Discover the Alps in France, Italy and Switzerland -
This is the full route around Mont Blanc. The Mont Blanc massif (4,807 m) is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful mountain massifs in the Alps. On this walking tour you will discover the French, Italian and Swiss faces of the Mont Blanc massif. The scenery is magnificent with countless alpine peaks and fascinating glaciers beautifully adorning the panoramic view of the Mont Blanc massif itself. Luggage is transported for you on this tour, so you only carry your daypack to the accommodations in the small traditional mountain villages. This is a classic walking holiday in France.
The tour is self-guided and you will receive the relevant information on the day of arrival in Les Houches. Overnight stays are in mountain huts with dormitories. We can upgrade the accommodation to 2-3 star hotels where you will stay in double rooms - see details under 'Practical info' further down this page.
You arrive in Les Houches, where you check into your first accommodation. Dinner is included.
Note: Under "Practical info" below, you can get an overview of the entire route as well as the elevation profile of the tour.
